3.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbs coconut oil
3.5 oz chopped roasted hazelnuts
3.5 oz Nutella
14-18 whole hazelnuts
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Take off of the heat and add the chopped hazelnuts and Nutella. Cool several hours or overnight.
2. Roll into 1" balls and add a hazelnut on top. Freeze for 20 minutes.
3. Temper the remaining 4.2 oz of chocolate (tempering techniques online for specific chocolate, I use the seeding method!)
4. Dip the chocolates in the tempered chocolates and place on wax paper to harden and cool.
5. I bought 6 inch gold candy wrapper on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DBYQW83/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and I printed my love fortunes from this site:

Finally, place fortune upsidedown on candy wrapper and top with chocolate and then wrap then up as you please! I added a tie and a label I made but you can even put an "I love you!" on the outside!
Baci means "kiss" in Italian but the entire story behind these lovely chocolates is very interesting! Click on this link below to learn about their origin!
