This is a true entry level aerial yoga class for students with no or very little yoga experience. Come learn the basics and feel the benefits of aerial yoga.
You can do this!

Aerial Yoga in the Barn. This is a level 1 class designed for people with some yoga and aerial yoga experience. Some flexibility and strength recommended for this class.

Come wind down your work week with some low stress aerial yoga to fun upbeat music.
